Each night IвЂ™ll usually sit down and finalize my list for the next day, which usually includes adding a few more вЂњto-doвЂ™sвЂќ or moving things around.Д«ut thatвЂ™s how I plan my weeks! I also forgot to add in my goals for the week, but IвЂ™ll add those in before Monday gets here. IвЂ™m trying to stick to every other day or so fulfilling orders.ДЇinally, I check back at my August calendar and fill in what bills IвЂ™m going to be paying this week.ДЄnd thatвЂ™s it yaвЂ™ll! Nothing too complicated.

Next I plan out how to tackle orders for the week and other Etsy tasks that need to be done. IвЂ™m working on a new plan for social media, which IвЂ™m thinking of adding check boxes for daily tasks for at the bottom, but I havenвЂ™t quite figured out how I want to do it yet. ThatвЂ™sВ basically it for my blog planning unless thereвЂ™s something special happening that week, such as a sponsored post or something like that. Next I pull out my Filofax to see what blog posts IвЂ™m working on this week so I can schedule those in my planner. Then, beneath that I use my meal planning labels to plan out what weвЂ™re eating for dinner for the week. Then, I use these stickers to mark my husbandвЂ™s work schedule.

IвЂ™ve got pregnancy stickers galore this week! hahaвЂ¦ рџ‰ The washi tape ring is from the lovely Reset Girl! HereвЂ™s my whole washi stash, I really need to start collecting more. I usually put a little bit of washi at the bottom of the weeks. Otherwise, the week starts off pretty blank. Ha! WeвЂ™re finding out whether weвЂ™re having a boy or a girl! This is also why IвЂ™m using my pink & blue pens this week! You can see I already marked my doctorвЂ™s appointment this week because IвЂ™ve only been counting down to it for a few months now. I pre-made these headers for the month of August to see how I like dividing the planner up this way- with a section for Home, Etsy, and Blog.

HereвЂ™s a look at my month at a glance for August, I use this primarily for keeping track of when I want to pay bills and appointments, when we have them.ДЄnd hereвЂ™s how my week looks starting out. IвЂ™m hoping to do a whole post on how IвЂ™ve got it organized. I mentioned here that IвЂ™m clearing out my office to get ready to start preparing the nursery for our new baby, so thatвЂ™s whatвЂ™s happening to my planner stuff. IвЂ™m actually going to share my whole planner stash soon, now that IвЂ™ve got in a 3 drawer cart I bought just for planner supplies.

I have two full of stickers actually and recently bought a half sized binder to try and get them all organized, so hopefully I will get to that soon, because they desperately need to be reorganized. My basic essentials when planning would be my planner, my pens (in this pouch I keep my two favorites- the new Erin Condren party pops pens and my Paper Mate Flairs ) and my stickers, which I keep in this accordion file. When the new planners for 2015-2016 launched, I dabbled a little with the new horizontal layout, but at last IвЂ™m back using the vertical layout, I think it will always be my favorite at the end of the day.
